I now have this pair of bars wrapped and lowered, there also not at that odd angle

i just painted my frame dark brown, sorta chocolate, looks beautiful, rest will be white

There are a couple identical ones I see around my neighborhood that are all black, and the rims are about 1.5 inches deep, metallic red. It's really sweet.

Just make sure you aren't painting an aluminum frame, as the paint doesn't bond well and will flake off over time.
