Print mostly? It might be a bit quiet out there right now. Many larger clients are cagey at the moment. Sears Canada is laying people off every three days and they're not the only ones.
Aquent Toronto doesn't seem that bad at all, I've had freelancers from there before. They sound busy as all hell so they might be a decent stop-gap.
Flash and web design and production people are in high-demand lately it seems.
