Adobe upgrading is a pretty good deal. Even if I ended up having to spend 2 hours on the phone just to get the wrong serial number they gave me fixed. Well not fixed, she gave me a cheat and I have to call them anytime I need to reinstall. yadda yadda. But I'm considering upgrading to productivity suite for a thoulsand you get nearly every thing: Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Soundbooth something and some other soft.
If you have a wacom with PShop Elements, upgrading to CS4 is like 300$.
