I'm a little confused what you're asking. If you want to permanently forward one domain to another, like you used to be whateverqbn and now you're switching over to qbn, you would do this using mod rewrite in Apache (or whatever the equivalent if you happen to use something other than Apache).
But delivering two different URLs simultaneously, one to search engines and one to users, I have heard that is not a good idea and can get your site de-indexed from Google if you get caught.
