    It doesn't sound like anything revolutionary or majorly different from other routines. Just standard mix of cardio, plyometrics + agility training, weights and flexibility.

    It sounds like they have just put 'X''s on the end of work outs.
    Most fitness and strength enthusiasts knows that mixing workouts and changing routines, be it monthly or w/e, gives great results.

    But its very good that someone has gathered the cornerstones of training and put them into one exercise for the masses.
    At the moment in a week i do a mix of
    day
    1 chest and back (mixing in hindu push ups, see below)
    2 Interval training / plyometrics
    3
    4 kickboxing
    5. Legs and shoulders (including Clean and press)
