Most girls I know wouldn't be too comfortable doing it frequently because, well, let's face it... it's a ridiculously hot and often filthy chick getting abused by an ugly, dumb bloke. That's if you even see the guy's face at all. So basically, it's made for men and makes the girl look prudish, ugly, fat and small-titted by comparison.
Except of course the girls I end up with :P
I really think there isn't enough more decent porn out there where it's actually about two people making love and enjoying each other. If there was more of that, women would enjoy it more. I love Sasha Grey's look but jesus christ if a girl ever started shouting and screaming at me like I'd just get turned off!!! (ok mostly cos I'd be worrying what my housemates are thinking)
