    i make text file for each job where i copy down every font used, outlines of the font (incase it gets lost/destroyed and need to change something simple like a date), pms colors, passwords and so on. then, if i cant remember the name of the font i used on a particular job- i just go back thru and find it. sounds like a lot of work, but on a few occasions it's been a lifesaver.
