The boss of a mate's company (that designs touchscreen UIs) has just outsourced the development of their company site.
Based on nothing but their own website testimonials he's given the job to an untried Indian company, and paid them AU$4,000 up-front for one continuous month's service.
It's a Wordpress-based brochureware site and other than static pages, it will contain one already-existing Flash UI demo.
They are to base it on a Woo template the boss has also bought, and once the Indians have delivered it, he will write the content to fit.
