    Cinema 4D all the way. It's the most advanced one you can use aside from Maya. Maya is so complex that you shouldn't even bother trying to learn it unless you use it everyday. C4D is something you can come back to a week later and not be lost. There's a large and growing community, resources, plugins and answers to help you out. Go through Lynda.com and you'll be up and running within a few months and a few projects depending on your needs. Best of luck.

    • Lightwave is another high end program but not nearly as user friendly as C4D.CyBrainX
