Also... fuck TWC. I had to return a cable box and modem after moving a few months ago, and they made me go to a fucking return center way uptown where I took a number (like at the deli counter), received serious blacktitude for asking a simple question, and waited a goddamn hour and a half just to hand over a fucking box.
