One thing I'm curious about regarding image stabilisation...
I recently created a kiting video and decided to see what Youtube's stabilisation would do. The lens was a tiiny bit wet/foggy/dirty and the correcting of my bumps suddenly made this dirt/fog jump all over the place! Before this it had been unnoticeable.
In theory, though, physical image stabilisation would have the same effect, no?
- Depends if the gimbal's physically connected to the lens, or what sits in between the lens and the rain, no?detritus
