Being able to use your phone as the screen is pretty cool ... but ....
connecting via wifi to do this probably will end up using more battery than quickly flicking on the screen to frame your shot then switching it off.
and if you are on holiday using your gopro as a little snapper - the last thing you want to be doing is holding the camera in one hand and your phone in the other meanwhile probably carrying a bottle of water and bag etc.
