First got the contour then switched over to a Sony.
Got the AZ-1, not exactly what was asked, but the features that won me over can also be found on OPs cam choice.

Remote trigger (plus viewer)Just hit a big red button and all is synced. All good.
Also the stabilizing is pretty sweet.
Here I am nerding it up. AZ-1:- For stabilization, notice when I move/twitch. The part of my cap shows the jerkiness, but the cam sways smoothly.Peter
