    drgs, have you started doing squats again? If so, 5x5 heavy, or for hypertrophy?

    • I am, for hypertrophy, I'm not going below 10 reps. Usually, its 12-15 reps even. Do it with short pauses and its hard as helldrgs
    • I just did 110 kg 5x5 tonight. Benn doing squats progressively for four months, and haven't missed a set yet, and I'm a bit worried about this.Continuity

    • Worried about hemorrhoids? In my case it went away after 1 month by itself with no trace, but yeah, not my favorite gym injurydrgs
