    mg33, I used to have one of those fingerboard (keyrings) back in the day too - it was an ALVA board that I had. I had left-over rip-grip as my griptape on it.

    And used to do like Ben_ too, would get photos of the latest boards from skateboard magazines and mount them to card to make card fingerboards (sans wheels). You could still get ollies out of them ;)
    If I was lucky enough to be at my dads studio at somepoint with a skatemag I'd be able to use the photocopier to get copies of the decks or blow them up to size.

    Man that's just brought back memories of the skate zine that me and a few friends used to knock up and I'd get loads of copies photocopies at my dads work. Mag was called "2 sk8 or not to sk8".

    Monospaced - thanks for the reality check slap in the face. Yup I don't need to be spending £100 on a "professional" fingerboard ;)
