    I believe the dash is just a choice, and not related to the weird way to write that measurement. 56'15" would drive me insane. You should be able to determine its correct length based on other measurements you can confirm.

    • on the official approved and stamped drawings, building is marked as 56'15" and the yard is 56'15" and the total for the whole property is written 100'-0" lol_niko
