    Here's the thing, drgs:

    My right arm (both bis and tris) and my right pec are all stronger than the corresponding muscles on my left side (and I'm left-handed, btw).

    However, the bis, tris, and pec on the left side are all a bit bigger and better shaped/developed than on the right side.

    WTF, man? What do I do about this?

    • Dumbbells instead of barbells + do high and low rep ranges, go outside of the normal 8-10 rep sets

    • 1 week heavy 4-6 rep load, 2nd week light 15 reps, then normal, last week mixeddrgs
    • Hmmm. What I normally do is a mix. Barbells for 4-6 reps, dumbells for 8-12, mostly compounds, with a bit of isolation.Continuity
