    I highly suggest getting a real estate agent to help you. It won't cost you anything. The agent makes their commission from whatever management company or agent is leasing.

    My agent took my list if needs, got my paperwork together including credit reports and booked walk troughs for me. She found me my last house and my current apartment. I can't imagine searching for a rental any other way now.
