  I'd like to nominate all morons who say "right" after every few sentences when speaking. Usually done on a conference call, or in-person meeting but can really be extra-annoying when explaining instructions on how to do something.

  "So first, we took the concept that the client gave us, right...
  and then we looked at competitors approaches, right
  and oh wait, why is that person rushing at me with their fist cocked? Right
