Lol guys.
I haven’t learned TM so I can’t say one is more effective than the other. But I do like the idea of a human guide that acts as an educator to the practice. Sure, it’s expensive, but they also give discounts to low income people.
I’ve learned in life that you get what you pay for. These apps are just pre-recorded “one size fits all” solutions. A personal meditation coach is certainly worth a lot more than that.
