WTF
for the past week i've been finding skeech.com replacing favorites, my homepage, my default search pages, ALL WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. i have never heard of skeech.com, and never inadvertently okayed anything to be "autoinstalled" or anything by my browser.
i change all this back to my original settings, and this bullshit happens again.
i enter "www.google.com" in my location bar and hit enter, and it brings me to skeech.com with "www.google.com" in its search field.
THIS CANNOT BE LEGAL.
and to top it all off, it has broken my internet explorer, causing it to hang for ten minutes before finally visiting a page- if at all.
anyone have the same problem, or know anything about this? i'm really really angry about this.

oh, i forgot to mention that it is blocking all search engines i try except for its own.
sites like google and yahoo load, but their search forms don't work. in an amazing coincidence, skeech's engine does!
all other cgi scripts work. all except for skeech's competitors.

you have a trojan virus. do a search for google and you will find the cure

so what we're dealing with here is a virus written by a company to illegally change your computer's setting in favor of their company.
this sounds like a giant flaming lawsuit.
and it's like an obvious thing.
why the hell aren't these people in jail?

yours is unique. you are unique. fuck it, it doesnt sound like its malicious. I had to try and explain to my granny why she kept getting pop ups and why people would send a virous. she just didnt get it, bless her.
The internet needs to clean up its act. people are login off...
