Oh, and I got most of my Christmas shopping done. Some CDs and gift cards for my younger cousins, crutches to fool around with for some guys, but still looking for one cousin. Was going to stop in at Turntable Lab today to get some stuff for him but because of the weather I never got the train into Manhattan, too bad. Also, Media Temple sent me a red iPod shuffle a month or two ago that I've left unopened, trying to figure out who to give it to. I was thinking of my friend's little sister for a while but just the other day I decided I'd give it to my dad, and hopefully be able to convince him to finally use iTunes on his iMac.
- Oh, and I am finally done with all of my classes– I finished on the 10th, but didn't send in my final assignments until Friday afternoon.ismith
- Oh, and... oh, and... damn.ismith

Hello ismith. Please accept my belated Christmas wishes. I sent out an email, but I think you missed out. Sorry.

Greeson's Seatings to you too Creative!!!
Hey Diggadigga I got your card today, I just found it on my doormat about an hour ago. Thank you so much... so sorry to be such a curmudgeon that I haven't created or sent a card to you... or to anyone at all for that matter... I am really ashamed of my lacklustre approach to Crismuss. Thanks though, and Greeson's Seatings to you too sir!!!

I don't see the qbn sidebar with public choice anymore... WTF
- I thought the same, but then it loaded. Its the ad slowing down the load time on that column.Horp
- I sound like I know what I'm talking about. Yeah, CSS mate, happens ALL THE TIME. Why they don't use html and tables I'll never know. = DHorp
- I'll never know
= DHorp - It's seriously taking like 15 minutes to load.Jaline
- Good thing I use "Classic" instead of the new "Cover".Jaline
- i wish "classic" was true to its name and not just layout... i see QBN revamp as YH knockoff.e-pill
- notes are fine and all but the layout is tooo YH... i never liked it... i miss nt style.e-pill
- QBN can we has NT style posting in classic view?!?! i mean it was so much easiier too see alle-pill
- i see soo much negative white space in the pvn and its blinding too bright!!!e-pill
- i know im not alone here in thinking this way... and i know you QBN coders are good soo..e-pill
- can it be done?!?! can we has classic as an actual working "classic" please?!!?!?!?!?!?!?e-pill
- i feel every nter misses out wso much being in the pvn and never seeing the rest... classic was +1e-pill
- why cant we have both?? it would show you that classic is the better way... trust me!!e-pill

I like this type of navigation: http://www.valueandservice.co.uk…
but I find that it's too annoying to have to click many times just to see a project. I guess they have so much work. I like Spooky's method. Just put all of the projects, in a larger size, on one page ;)- I want to put a thing on my site saying 'Not built with Indexhibit'.
= )Horp - heh, I do sometimes click on the other pages to see if the site was done with Indexibit or not.Jaline
- (not your site, but many others that have similar nav)Jaline
- why do you like it if it fails at the only thing navigation is for: quick access to content?********

That reminds me, digdre, you should try using Indexibit for your site. I can help you later, if you want. I'm just working on getting my portfolio up right now, and then I'll be gone for a short while (vacation), and then I have school again. So I have no idea when I'll have free time.

indexhibit will not work for my newish site.
- You're doing a jewsih site?
Oi Vey!!!

My mistake.Horp

kelpie, thanks for the fav!!!!!!!!!!!

Rand, I think it can be nice when it's used for navigation, or in this way:
http://www.ivancook.com/The images have to be enlarged already (or at least be a reasonable size) for it to be effective.
- ivancook only takes one click to see work, so it's great********
- in the other note I meant how you had to click a hundred times to see anything********

Oh, sorry...to clarify, when I said "I like this type of navigation", I meant the script used to create a dynamic navigation (tree-like).
Many frameworks support and develop it, like Mootools:
http://demos.mootools.net/Accord…
(click on one of the headers, like "Evidence of universal common descent"). This one is a bit more fancy.- that's how clueless I am********
- Or this:
http://www.manystuff…
(click on "Categories" and a list will appear below it)Jaline - I should've been more specific. "Navigation" is just a tad general :)Jaline
