    Here is a list of req'd skills by order of importance:

    1. java, jsp, mysql, ant, hibernate, struts

    2. xml, xslt

    3. linux, spring, velocity

    4. AJAX, Ruby on Rails

    I need to enhance features of the site and also add new ones.

    Also if someone has had experience developing any kind of fantasy game system for football, baseball, basketball, etc...
