Saw this in the PBS yesterday and am giving it a spin.
Is it supposed to take hours to download a 7mb video? It downloads quickly then says "Encoding" for hours and has yet to stop.

yeah. i had that too once. you need to try again.. most of the times it works ok!

I figured out that if I quit and reopen Safari after each download it works fine. Kind of a pain though.

(Sep 2 06, 19:00)no need all the time. like i said most of my rips went flawless.. also, a lot of videoclips can also be found on google video and there you can download in ipod format instantly.. and then add it to itunes..
