Hey guys. Sorry I don't post much anymore.
Looking for a way to do a css-based navigation similar to this one (see side columns):
I need multiple images to swap out when the nav item is hovered.
Is this even possible without JS?
Any links would help. Haven't had much success on the google yet.
Thanks!

Hey thanks digi but I'm looking for a specific kind of nav that has multiple rollover effects at the same time.
All of the vertical nav examples on dynamic drive seem to just be your standard single rollover effect nav.

aahhh .. sorry, i didn't see the onchange at the top.
man that's a bad example!

yeah and don't even bother looking at the source code...utter shite!
I didn't do it but its my job to re-do the nav.

dreamweaver show/hide layers?

v5(6) showed me how to do this awhile back I believe ... he did it with an image that consisted of the active/hover/click, and was able to somehow use CSS to only show the specific part of an image by using left/top.

If I can't find it, perhaps that jibber jabber may help you Google it.

make a sort of filmstrip of all the rollover images and on rollover have the corresponding link move that filmstrip image a specified distance so the correct image shows and the others are still hidden behind the div.

Wow, thank all of you for coming to my rescue!
Ender that link seems to work perfectly for me so far. Very sneaky but very simple solution I NEVER would have thought of.
v6 if you read this I'd be interested in seeing your solution as well if you have a link handy.
