Actually let me take that back...photoshop had some cool new shit like really powerful 3d support and aftereffects style timeline animation.....
The flash Ide has a cool IK armature addition....and timeline tweens automatically generate bezier curve motion guides.......

No....but improved workflow between after effects and final cut (maybe it was premiere ?) was pretty cool...
