Newb to flash. Been searching the google for the last hour and haven't come up with any solutions that pertain to CS4/AS3. The task is simple enough, but I can't for the life of me figure it out.
I've imported a 30 second video in .flv format. I need to set it to loop infinitely. Any Flash dudes got an answer? Whatever it is, it has to be AS3 friendly.
have you imported it using a component?
Hmmm. Not working. Do I need to modify that function?
Yeah. It's imported as a component.
^^ what airey said, depends on how you are importing it, I'd advise using netstream but component is fine too.....
Sorry, I should have been more specific. I mean full browser, not true full screen. I was using this technique to get it full browser before, but am now having difficulty getting the two (full browser and looping the flv) to work together. To get it to work before I had to put the FLV in a movieclip called "pic." The Creative Cow technique I referenced is using AS to place the movie on the stage.
click on the FLV and put this code in the "action" on
