I'm not having much luck with google. Here's what I'm after:
I've got a sample site that is merging the ajax framework of one site and the style rules of another. It's taking a lot of manual process and what is happening as a result is that some files are being edited, styles being commented out, and the whole thing just pulls from a lot of different directions. I'd like to be able to somehow analyze the site's code and make it all clean and not stupid.
Or am I just gonna need a bigger boat?

I think you need a gun

what? don't you need a competent front-end engineer sitting down at a computer for a while to sort it all out...?

I'll try again:
I have a custom Dojo (AJAX) framework with its own theme. I also have another custom theme developed for the generic Dojo framework. I need to apply the second custom theme to the customized dojo theme by merging the stylesheets and doing some minor javascript editing.
The result is a mess of files, names, IDs, things commented out, and on and on as I play in Firebug and make the necessary edits to achieve the goal. I'd like an automated thing that would analyze the structure of the site and dependencies and combine the css files in a clean way and make the necessary edits to the html and js files.
- oh, i see now. you want a front-end engineer in a program... i don't think those exist ):bigtrickagain
