Missing Text - Word to PDF

  Has anyone ever experienced text dropping out when creating a PDF from Word? I'm using Helvetica Neue Condensed, Medium and Thin. When I create the PDF random text is not being converted. Some lines have characters/words missing... other places whole paragraphs are gone. I've tried everything and searched around for help but haven't found any useful info yet.
