Finally saw The Whale. Heartbreaking experience and as good as Fraser (well deserved Oscar) was in the role, for me the real MVP is Hong Chau.

Watched it based on the cast and a lil of the trailer. Enjoyed it, reminded me of good, old school thrillers.

so far for 2023, "you hurt my feelings," "past lives," and "infinity pool" are my top 3. "a thousand and one" is also up there. kind of disappointing year for new releases so far, but i've heard good things about "bottoms" as well.
