What works for you?
- SOW
- Written project brief
- PB sent to team 2hrs before informal meeting
- Informal creative mtng to discuss tone, direction, etc.
- From that mtng a Creative Brief
- CB sent to team 2hrs before creative kickoff
- Creative kickoffI'm asking because there is a difference of opinion around here, that the creative brief should be written directly from the project brief. The problem with that is now the tone, personality, direction, message etc are coming from one point of view.
How do you guys do it? If you don't mind sharing.

sorry, can't tell you. that's double-dog top secret.

I expect you will get as many different answers as people who reply.
it will depend on the scale/size of the company, sector, culture etc.
It's also where you draw the boundary between management and creative processes and how much collaborative co-production you are into.
- all of this, plus the nature of the project: scope and budgetmonospaced

I love a phoned in brief with a sketch left on the bosses desk. That is always going to make life soooo easy.
