Help with hallucinations while designing.

Um . . . seeing little black blobby things skitter across papers on my desk and outside the window on the grass while working. When I turn to look directly at them they've disappeared. Happens once or twice an hour.
Anyone else ever have something like this happen? (while sober)

they're not "in" my eye, it's not a "you've got something in your eye" type of thing or "go see your eye doctor" they're interacting with their environment, they're dimensional and real (well, to non-logical parts of my brain they're real)
