Terms of engagement, contract, whatever. Cost is a consideration but so is quality.
Various legal firms charge an arm and a leg and you don't know what you get till you see the end result then have to pay for revisions. Edinburgh if that helps for specific recommendations

Put it together yourself, do a bit of research and spend some time on it.. Don't really need the lawyer, just make sure there are no silly loop holes in it.
Just the sight of a contract is normally enough to keep a client in line.
