P90X Yoga was one of the hardest yoga workouts I've ever completed. 1.5 hours long, with a nice ab section near the end.

anyone still doing this?

my wife and I did it for a few weeks....definitely saw some results...but i didn't stick with it....
however, it did get me off my ass long enough to get in shape a bit, and instead of sticking with p90x or whatever, i joined a boxing gym....which I've stuck to going atleast 4 times a week for the past 4 years....
so although i didn't stick with p90...i'd say its what initially motivated me to trying to get fit....- thinking of stating it with the wife too, can see her bailing after 1 day though lol._niko

did it for about 3 weeks, and thought it was pretty tough....quit doing it and started going to a boxing gym instead...much happier at the boxing gym....it's very carthartic to hit stuff after a day of designing :)

- Boxing gyms around here are sooo expensive, the MMA gyms are even cheaper sometimes.HijoDMaite
- An Everlast bag is the way to go if you have space. $50.nthkl

Doing T25 now (same guy from Insanity, but only 25 minutes instead of 45 minutes). Easy to continue doing everyday, it's only 25 mins. Its physically harder than the first set of discs in Insanity but the shortened time makes it bearable. It's a shitload of squats and burpees though. You're literally sprinting for 25 minutes, as fast as you can go, no breaks. The ab routine in it kicks ass too, way better than p90x's or Insanity's. Insanity is a bit much, especially when you get to the 2nd set of discs (it really is insane and hard to keep up with or not feel like you're having a heart attack). 45 minutes sucks a big one too. Lost 22 lbs in 6 weeks so far w/ T25.

On week 4. Great workout if you stick to it and eat right.

I go to the YMCA X where I do Bench Press X and Hammer Curl X and all sorts of other things I stick X on the end of.

I've done P90X, Insanity, One on One and now I'm doing a P90X/Rev Abs hybrid. I love all these workouts. The answers are all given to you - eat right - show up - work out hard. Insanity is a motherfucker, though.
Everything fyoucher1 says is on the money. I do love the Yoga disc the best though.

I've been doing it for about a year, but not straight. I travel a lot, so I've probably missed 2 months in the last year, and I was injured for about 6 weeks.
Overall though I love the program. After a year I've added my own stuff to mix it up. I also have the P90X Plus stuff, which is great to mix in. I don't do the diet as I need a lot more food than they advise (since it sems mostly about losing weight and I try to gain.).
Overall I recommend it to everyone I know. Better than any other workout routine I've done in the past 5+ years.

I've been considering this or Insanity. I prefer the p90x workout but don't have space so will end up doing Insanity at some point.
The "at some point" means it'll never happen, but oh well.
Friends that have done p90x and insanity say they were both great. One of my mates did three cycles of insanity and basically went from couch-potato to fit and active guy. Others have not completed a cycle but still enjoyed it and seen benefits.

Insanity scars me... plus I need to gain muscle... I think insanity would make me thinner at this point. I'm happy with Plyo or the P90X plus intervals stuff for now.

It doesn't sound like anything revolutionary or majorly different from other routines. Just standard mix of cardio, plyometrics + agility training, weights and flexibility.
It sounds like they have just put 'X''s on the end of work outs.
Most fitness and strength enthusiasts knows that mixing workouts and changing routines, be it monthly or w/e, gives great results. But its very good that someone has gathered the cornerstones of training and put them into one exercise for the masses.
At the moment in a week i do a mix of
day
1 chest and back (mixing in hindu push ups, see below)
2 Interval training / plyometrics
3
4 kickboxing
5. Legs and shoulders (including Clean and press)- oops, missed out day 3 :/
day 3 - CAAAAAAKKEES!! :DHombre_Lobo
