Looks like a hairdryer.
Fixed lens... i guess its aimed for the consumer.
FYI, 4k is not the price tag, but the resolution. i.e. Red Cameras
I can't see constant capture for stills. ever fitting into a working photographer's workflow. Too much to go though and choose from.
Sony just released 4k TV's, HD is out kiddos.
fuck, working/keeping up with technology/video is bloody expensive, now my next cam is looking like its gonna run me $15k minimum
4k cameras/tvs for the home is overhyped and completely unnecessary - though the manufacturers will be sure to find a way to make the masses feel like they need to upgrade their shit every 5-10 years.
The problem is content delivery. Tv providers can barely pump out 1080p without heavy compression. I can't see them putting out 4k without a major infrastructure or technology change.
