Bit of a contrived one....
While searching for the Pepsi logo I came across this and laughed:

Nothing is new. Your logo is unique enough to be ownable.

Definitely not a rip off. It's either a road or an S in a circle. Either of which could be a little clearer or stronger in contrast to make that point. Yours resembles none of the yin yang examples.
