Weird.... I tried to change the preset, and PDF/X-4:2008 is the only one I have.

- reinstall from the ORIGINAL purchased discsmonospaced
- Ok, I'll try it.nb
- You should have all presets available. I've never heard of that problem. Try a Google search first.monospaced

792 x 1224 is the size, not the resolution. You can change the settings of your preset any way you want including no compression.

Ok, so I didn't have to re-install. The original Presets were all still there, they just weren't loaded into InDesign for some reason. So I loaded the "High Quality Print" one, re-exported and now the file size is only 1.1MB and the "Get Info" resolution is still 792x1224.

Yesterday I output several signs (30+ for an event) that were, on average, 4ft x 8ft. All content was vector and type. Not a single PDF exceeded 1MB. Don't worry about the file size and resolution if you're not using raster art. OK?
- Yeah. I'm not worried about the file size. 1.5MB makes sense, actually.nb
- Except that the jpg on it's own is 2.9MB... but I'm not worried. Gonna do a test print.nb

- If you want, just don't compress the image at all.monospaced
