watched all 6 star wars movies with my oldest son this last weekend - first time he's seen them (4.5yrs). now he won't stop talking about them - even takes the dvd's to bed with him. he's still pretty confused on how anakin could turn into darth vader...
my 13 months old son pointed to something outside the window and said 'oooooh'. when i looked in that direction he grabbed my smartphone.
My kids and I love the Princess Bride and they routinely say 'Good night. Sleep well. I'll most likely kiss you in the morning', before they close their eyes.
one thing I fuckn envy them for,
is that they can eat while sleeping,
I wish I could drink beer while asleep, wake up drunk, instant win
Yeah, they are the gift that keep on giving!
My little girl once told me "Chill out, dude...it's rad"
she was 3.5 at the time...
My little girl is a skate rat... I am so proud!

i also love it when i put my boy to bed and he says the same things, "goodnight dad, love you mate, see you in the morining"
makes me smile...
my 5 months son, always wake up with a smile :)
Me, hopefully maybe in 5-7 years from now.
My 10 year old daughter won the MVP for her entire basketball division for the second time recently - about 150 girls compete. No idea where she gets it from...I have never played basketball in my life!
My 8 year old son also won won a writing competition...cool!
BUT, the thing that makes me most proud is they say "I love you dad" every night before they go to bed.
My 3.5 year old daughter dropped a loud fart at a family function and blamed me for it a while back, made me feel proud :)
today i am a proud dad!
my 3 year old son has been given the starring role as joseph in his schools nativity play,
