Mac Keyboard Shortcuts for Full Sentences?

Anyone know if there is something that exists on Mac (Lion) that would let me hit like Command+Alt+T and have it type out a whole sentence of text?
There are so many lines that i find myself typing out in emails that are the same every time, just courtesies and shit it would make my life so much better if I could just whack a couple keys and have it done and sent. "Here's your invoice, Thanks for your business" or "If you have any questions, blah blah" -- shit like that.
Any idea?

Came back to this thread to find out what app I was using and finally saw your post animatedgif - thanks so much man, much better for what im using it for actually, so it helps that i dont have to have one more thing running when Mountain Lion handles it!
