Idea:
Is it possible/difficult to make a Chrome extension that would allow users to mark QBN threads as "Not Design Related" and then they would be instantly hidden from anyone who was using the plugin? It gets permanently hidden once three people mark the thread, which would help prevent people from sabotaging the project. Although, I'd be happy to risk losing a few good threads if it eliminated all the bullshit on here.
We could be our own moderators. The rest of us could stop being distracted by the useless threads.
Unfortunately I have no idea how to do this. Maybe I'll just look for somewhere else to hang. Easier.

I suspect that by the time you are reading this, my account will have been deleted.

Try another site.

Not that I know jack shit, but I can only envisage such an extension being able to edit out links you deem to be irrelevant, filtering them out as you browse.
Would be a helluvan effort to extend that across multiple users, outwith QBN's own back-end.

That 'freddddddd of the day thread' is getting to you too, huh?

Those who the gods will destroy, they first... make... mad.

It's possible, but that needs a backend too. I made a QBN extension back in the day mainly to report threads as spam.

Doesn't the PV title give a pretty good indication of this already?
'script fonts' vs 'Chick of the Day'

Yes. But you'd just be hiding them from the list on the left...soooo the first few pages wouldn't be any posts at all.
