after reading those wikis above, wondering if nuclear program is a cover for their collapsing energy sector since everything is state run and owned. country is completely closed off because Kim Il-Sung had this great idea of being completely self-sufficient. Maybe that's an impossible task. To hide their complete failure at statecraft, they make a "nuclear weapons program"
