Anyone have any experience of curated shopping sites?
I have a concept for a online store (selling a curation of other people's products, no original products yet). What's the best way to go about this? Are there any sites that allow users to do this already?
If doesn't need to be a proprietary site at this point, just want to test it out and see if there's any interest in the concept.

Thinking along the lines of something like http://www.lyst.com/
but obviously at this stage, no way near as complex or broad

I do this. I build shops on Magento basis and do the whole online marketing thing, newsletters, ads etc. and hosting. My Client/Partner handles the payment and is responsible for logistics.
I then get a share of the profit.
Some tips:
- Only do it with a uniqe product no one else has (fashion/jewelry brand etc). Otherwise you cannot compete with the prices of those who can't calculate.
- Do not do the classic dropshipping with a large wholeseller
- make a contract
- List your products in Amazon
- Invest in advertising
