I dont know if you feel that alot is wasted on garbage and important issues are brushed off?
- "alot" of what? Time? Focus? You have to remember where you are, QBNers are just as cynical, mean-spirited and distracted as any other burger-flipping Moe.canoe
- I always had the impression that cats, and weird animated gifs, n bizarre art, took precedent over us getting together as a people to make a better world.yurimon

Moldy Moldy, I saw the $100,000 reward for leaked information that Assange is putting up. Their trailer was pretty scary.
Considering the secrecy of the deal I'm gullible to believe some of it at this point.

It's a bizarre thing. Obama is pushing this thing through like its some amazingly good thing, but yet no one knows much about it besides bad things (like Monsanto's push to overturn GMO bans in Europe).
I've not heard one reason why anyone should be for this going through.

this is all about geo-economic strategy and china for the next 50 years. obama's positioning the US to have massive corporate (and thus conscious) influence over the asian market over the next couple decades - especially with japan - and it will redefine america's presence in an already wary-of-china sector.
not only that but it furthers the neoliberal big capitalism / globalization mantra of money talking more than the will of the people.
it's funny to me how the right is lamenting obama over giving health care to the people when this is fundamentally far more a legacy move than some half-assed barely-there medical coverage plan in america. there is no way this plan should be approved, and yet, here we are.
- to me this is fascism. even the health care. its costs more for less here in the states of what you get for taxes, aside from other moral issues.yurimon

Dear Julian Assange,
Please release ALL the information you have and stop w/your silly games... if things are as bad as you say then free the information and let the World be the judge. Teasing the public like you do is just as sick as what's probably in those documents. Or maybe you're just an attention-seeking liar who has nothing? :)
Release the info, Jule's...

Paul Ryan Channels Pelosi on the TPP – You Have to Pass Obamatrade to See What’s in Obamatrade
- BuddhaHat4
I'm automatically suspicious of any piece of legislation drafted by a Democrat President that is receiving such a ringing endorsement of the fiscal hawks on the right. If Paul Ryan supports it, there's a high probability the 1% make more money and the rest get bent over and fucked some more.

There’s Bipartisan Hatred Towards TPP ... But Corrupt Congress Trying to Pass It, Anyway

And then let's watch corporations sue countries, as those responsible energy companies did to Canada following its fracking moratorium. Totally fucked.

You have to step back from the FUD, and look at who benefits and who loses to really frame the story. This is probably good for US business and the US economy in general, while it's probably not great for China who would like to grow their political clout within the region the TPP effects.
So given that fact, who would benefit most from pushing the message that the TPP is the work of an ultra-rich cabal of bankers and GMO companies, bent on global slavery and bankrupting the 99%? China.
Take this non-mainstream media and grass-roots/non-profit stuff with a grain of salt. There's huge opportunity for astroturfing from large and powerful actors.
- its benefits if middle class and small businesses grow. right now everything is headed to benefit the big players. remember they are multi nationalsyurimon
- who financed china? same people who financed every opposition historically?yurimon
- they will chew up any opportunity for power and you will be paying taxes to go to the toilet.yurimon
- only good $ left for big players is your tax $ n privatized gov corporatist industrial military complex.yurimon
- these players own almost everything which is not enough. you want to be free? these entities need to be reduced to serving the public like intended.yurimon
