Photoshop CC 2015 Pixels

  Snapping to .4 .5 etc of a pixel.
  What the F....
  Is there even a point to that?

  Anyone know the fix?

  I had a screwed up snapping thing going on, had to delete the preferences (I think), restart and it worked fine. I hadn't changed anything in them, fyi, but someone suggest it and it worked.
