he's taking us to a place called fogo de chao! looks good on the website, just wondered if any of you chaps have been?

- fogo is yummm... then it again I've had hit or miss moments at their Scottsdale location (depends on which chef is working)... but yeah... yum :)PonyBoy

- right ok... so small amounts of everthing? good to knowcruddlebub
- yeah, pace yourself, and avoid the starches at the salad bar ... it's a bbq place, focus on expensive meat :)monospaced

Walk the high line and drop down to street level to check out all the art galleries in Chelsea. (20-30's) Walk through Greenwich, Soho, East Village, LES, Chinatown. Nice Old School restaurant- The Odeon- Warhol, Deniro, Keitel- guys like that hang or used to there.
Hit Williamsburg for a nice view of the city, N10th & Kent
you can play Halloween or Williamsburg in the first person
http://halloweenorwilliamsburg.t…Robertas restaurant is still holding it down in Bushwick. (pizza) tons of new Graff- since everything has been gentrified and 5ptz closed.
Have fun -

if you go to brooklyn, go to lenny's clam bar and get lenny's special.
- Gordy220
I'm the same as Nylon; from London but been here nine years. I've got a probably slightly out of date curated list I give to visitors - drop me an email and I'll forward along.

I saw johnny_wobble's post and very good suggestion on getting a decent steak. I used to frequent Peter Luger's often, make sure to use their homemade steak sauce (sold all over America).
shit, forgot about all of these places
- < FAIL, sorry @ http://peterluger.co…drake-von-drake
- totally overrated steakhouse. has no cozy atmosphere, steak sauce is just A1 really, and the servers are old menmonospaced
- how do you feel about keens, mono?johnny_wobble
- ^^ WTF, I thought it was great, I'm not worried about atmosphere, I want a solid steak (which they have) and I like their sauce, it's unique (not A1 at all).drake-von-drake
- Funny story, I went to Keen's with e-pill a few years ago. Great steak, great atmosphere. Lugers is good, but doesn't live up to the hype in my opinion.monospaced
- I would quicker recommend BLT Prime for a great steak, personally.monospaced
- Problem with Luger's is that while it has a decent steak, so much of the place is just a buzz kill. It's about as anti-romantic or steakhouse as you can get.monospaced
- Oh, and you have to specify that you want your steak in one piece, or else they cut it to pieces BEFORE they cook it. Sacrilege in my book.monospaced
- Agreed, it is fairly sterile and the ordering process is a bit queer.drake-von-drake
- What about http://www.smithandw…... I've never had bad food there.drake-von-drake
- ^ http://bit.ly/1Wkm8E…drake-von-drake
- WTF... GRRR http://bit.ly/1T4lbd…drake-von-drake
- that one is good toomonospaced
