1. The core service is (nearly) flawless.
2. Paper, although young is an excellent communication tool that eliminates the "bulk" of a lot of its (relatively) archaic competitors.
I use it for all current and new clients to gather assets, etc. (most of my business is small to mid-size, so it's perfect).
3. The updated brand is nice, BUT with the imagery, 259 font variations, etc. it comes off feeling a bit immature in my opinion.
I always liked the simplicity of their brand.
I'm excited to see what they do with the now defunct http://pixelapse.com/ and dearly miss https://www.mailboxapp.com/...
*sigh*

They are trying to appeal to the creative industry. they want to be the go-to service for us knobs. I guess this is their interpretation of what appeals to us 'designer-types'
That said, they were smart about not injecting this cacophony into the navigation and UI.
- such a huge market the graphic designer market, good market. of course they are not lolfadein11
- not the graphic designer market. the creative industry. think a little bigger.Gnash
- I'll try and write in crayon next timeGnash
- well whatdaya know. and ad targeted at the creative industry https://www.youtube.…Gnash
- they must be really stupid to go after such a small market.
lol.Gnash - "... freelancers are accounting for a larger percentage of the overall workforce,” Nina Carriero, Dropbox product manager, told Digital TrendsGnash
- Freelancers is the key word there.fadein11
- oh just admit you were wrong, sweetheart.Gnash

That logo sucks and it honestly feels awkward to look at, like an optical illusion.
- Agreed. It's as if the optical illusion they've created was unintended.MondoMorphic

Shit like this is the new PR
As far as I can tell, The Outline does this style far better and actually has it across their property

Why the fuck there's not more [competent] competition in this space, I don't understand.

The new logo has became almost abstract and verging on becoming a graphic "V", the headline font looks 60's - not very progressive, or in anyway "creative".
You can probably tell I'm not a fan of the identity. Bung a load of bright, modern colour combo's together, add some colourful modern imagery - job done. Meh.
- Apparently they needed 259 fonts to do what Comic Sans could have done on it's own: make it look like a joke.mg33
