Looks so familiar, just can't place it.
it's very familiar, but looking closely at the differences in the 'C's (different top endings) and 'A's (serifs/no serifs on rh downstroke) I wonder if it's been done by hand.
Cheltenham, Gloucester and Windsor are all close but no cigar
Grr, I'm just banging my head on the wall on this one. It's one of those very obvious ones that someone knows, just can't seem to place it.

What the Font is failing to find it. Weird, since it's so familiar and it's all over that packaging.
If they've been using it since the 1876 exhibition, most likely hand drawn.
