I've got a client who is having an event and wants name tags pre-printed for everyone there. Anybody do this before and have a printer offhand to recommend? Was going to try Moo but the client wants a non-standard size and we're still trying to work out the logistics.
Anyway it's probably just 100 cards, standard one size and names typeset opposite, full color at 4x3. Any help is appreciated!
West coast USA is best, the client is bay area based.

Just DIY it - get it cut on large sheets with printed crop marks then get busy with a scalpel.
- nngh, 'get it printed'Nairn
- TBH i don't think they wanna pay me an hourly rate to do all that, they have only a printing budget basically so i'm trying to do this in <2hrcolin_s
- Fair enough - wasn't sure what sort of a budget you're on. Set up your crop guides right and you could cut 100+ in less than an hour, then charge...Nairn

- Avery labels are cheap, but they also reek of cheap.monospaced

- I think he's looking for pre-printed in a custom size (actually he is, as that's what he wrote, specifically). Avery isn't that.monospaced

Any print shop should be able to do almost anything you want. I work almost entirely on events, and we regularly have our shop print 4x6 badges that are laminated, die cut with rounded corners and a hole punch for a lanyard. But, you could really do anything. Out the door they're between $3 and $4 each.
- Here's a trusted vendor. They can do a custom badge with a fast turnaround.
