I've had success with Dropbox and Dropbox Paper's offering the past year or two:
https://www.dropbox.com
https://www.dropbox.com/paperDropbox for storage of files, client resources, etc. etc. etc.
&
Dropbox Paper for creating a collaborative document where originals, edits, finals, etc. can we stored and viewed from anywhere. All comments, changes, etc. tracked.

I don't know how formal you need to go but you can always do a quick format.com site, and create a password for their page of designs... It's like $7.99 a month.

Better way than what? Seems to me that a web page would achieve these goals.

Nothing wrong with a well designed PDF to present your work. Easy to view on any device, works with email. Good stuff.
- I love that but doesn't work well for view and animation review.shellie

We use Invision a lot. But it doesn't support video or HTML.
Maybe the best solution for you would be to use something like WordPress with a page builder plugin? You could build client pages on the fly, paste you HTML and embed video.
