Color Laser Printer suggestion

    Both my Epson inkjet and my HP mono laser printers are dead now.
    I need a decent color laser printer under $400 to print sample works and basic documents.

    Canon has some compact looking i-Sensys series but 600x600dpi seems really low to me, but I‘m not sure how it looks on paper.

    There are other brands like Lexmark that has 1200x1200 dpi although not sure they are reliable.

    Look into reviews for Samsung laser printers. I don't much like Samsung as a brand, but their lasers are pretty good.

    Aside from never wanting to deal with an inkjet ever again, I wanted something that also did double-sided printing as well as having a multi page document feeder - which this model had

    • that model says “600 x 600 dpi, Up to 38,400 x 600 enhanced dpi” that confuses me. How image output quality? Have any examples?Beeswax
    • The print quality is great - I have no complaints at all. But I’m not using it for photography - inkjet excels there.Gnash
